Your rights
Withdrawal
Use this page to withdraw from a purchase made on ScreamBeast. You will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email.
Please note: sound packs and Voice Studio credits are digital content delivered immediately after payment. Before paying, you agreed to the immediate start of delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal (see the Terms of Sale). For this reason a refund is normally not due once the files are available, except for faulty files or files that do not match their description. You can still send your request here: we will review it and reply by email.
To withdraw from an order, sign in with the account you used to buy it.
No account, or a different email? Use the contact form (topic “Orders & downloads” → “Refund request”) and indicate your Lemon Squeezy order number.
