1. ScreamBeast and the external checkout

ScreamBeast presents digital audio products and software. Payments are completed on the hosted Lemon Squeezy checkout. Lemon Squeezy acts as the external checkout/reseller service for the transaction and applies its Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms.

2. ScreamBeast account

Before continuing from ScreamBeast to checkout, a visitor may be required to create and verify a ScreamBeast account. Registration is free. Newsletter consent is optional and is not required to create an account or buy a product.

3. Products

Product pages describe the content, format, number of files, intended use and price displayed by ScreamBeast. The final amount and any applicable taxes are shown by Lemon Squeezy before payment.

4. Delivery

Digital files and software are delivered through the mechanism made available by Lemon Squeezy after a successful transaction. ScreamBeast does not store payment-card data.

4a. Digital content and right of withdrawal

Sound packs (WAV files) and Voice Studio credits are digital content supplied immediately after payment. Before paying, you are asked to tick two boxes: (i) “I declare that I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions of this site.” and (ii) “Having read the general conditions of sale, I give my consent to start the service during the withdrawal period and thus acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal.” Your consent is recorded with date and time and linked to your order. As a consequence, once the files have been made available, purchases are final and non-refundable, except for faulty files or files that do not match their description, which will be replaced or refunded. You can always send a request through the online withdrawal form: you will receive a confirmation of receipt by email and we will reply to your request.

5. Licenses

The use of ScreamBeast audio files is governed by the Sound Effects License. Software products may have separate license terms displayed on their product page or supplied with the software.

6. Support

For questions about ScreamBeast content or account access, use the contact form (email: info [at] screambeast [dot] com). Payment/order matters may also be handled through Lemon Squeezy according to its buyer terms.

7. Final legal review

Consumer-law wording, governing-law wording, withdrawal/refund information and any France-specific mandatory notices will be finalized after the LegalBlink audit and before the public launch.
